Home finding services
With our home finding services, you will have nothing to worry about. From finding the right property, to arranging an energy contract, we can take care of it. Here is how it works:

1. Search and find

Based on your housing preferences and budget, we'll start searching and make a shortlist. Then we plan a round of viewings. No time? No problem! We'll schedule a video call.

2. Advise

Once you have made your choice, we will assist you in negotiating the rental fee and conditions. Of course, we will observe your interests.

3. Assistance

We will accompany you after signing the contract to arrange the key handover and inspection during the check in.

4. Additional Services

A house is only liveable when supplied with energy, furniture, and internet. We will gladly assist you with the setup of your utilities and if needed, a highly skilled interior stylist.

What can expect after you assign us?

We will set up an agreement that clearly states our services. Once the assignment is mutually approved we will start working for you. The standard fee for our mediation is equal to one month's rent, excluding 21% VAT; this fee is only levied after the deal has been successfully concluded.
