First Class Housing is a professional and reliable rental agency focusing on Amsterdam, Amstelveen and the surrounding areas. With our many years of experience and extensive knowledge, we have supported hundreds of lessors in finding great tenants for their properties. Simultaneously, we have quickly and successfully found housing for a large number of tenants.

Our tenants are mainly expats who work in the Amsterdam area; Multinationals hiring expats are therefore a large part of our core business.

Moreover, you run no financial risks because we work on a 'no cure no, pay' basis, and you only pay for our services after a transaction has been completed. About Jaimy Lobatto

Before entering into the real estate business in 2004, Jaimy started off in HR and was an avid traveller. After years of employment at an Amsterdam real estate agency, Jaimy became one of two owners of First Class Housing. She has since become the sole owner of the agency.
Besides running a successful rental agency, Jaimy is also mother to two young daughters. Since 2022 she is also the owner of Sem, who has since become the official office dog and the First Class Housing mascott.

According to Jaimy, the success of First Class Housing has to do with the teams personal approach, their decisiveness, as well as the passion for the business and providing First Class service. As a rental agent, she believes there is nothing more important than both a happy lessor and a happy tenant.
