We let properties in Amsterdam, Amstelveen and the surrounding areas almost every day. The rental period is usually a minimum of twelve months. This type of extended rental period offers more security for the lessor and is often a more comfortable option for the tenant. 

As a lessor, you can choose between various rental agreements. For example, you can choose a fixed rental period, if you intend to have an extended stay abroad, or an agreement for an indefinite period with a minimum of 12 months, if the property is an investment object.

What can you expect from us?

We will start our work for you after you sign the required documents. In these documents, the agreement made is accurately described in detail. The fee for our mediation in the event of a successful transaction is 8% of the annual rental revenue excluding 21% VAT; this fee will only be charged after the deal is completed.
